Pints For North Light

Sponsorship Packages:
Sponsors may choose to do a Cash sponsorship or a Food/Beer sponsorship or BOTH.

A "Brewery Sponsor" is $250 and includes 2 VIP tickets, 2 etched glasses, you or your company name/logo on a group 3’ x 6’ banner to be hung the night of the event and inclusion of your name or company name/logo on both the North Light and “Pints for North Light” websites.

A “VIP Sponsor” is $500 and includes 4 VIP tickets, 4 etched glasses you or your company name/logo listed as a sponsor on the postcard invitation (print deadlines permitting), you or your company name/logo on a 3’ x 6’ banner to be hung the night of the event and inclusion of your name or company name/logo on both the North Light and “Pints For North Light” websites. Sponsor may also have promotional materials available at event.

Food* / Beer** sponsorships - you or your company name / logo listed as a sponsor on the window poster and postcard invitation (print deadlines permitting) , you or your company name / logo on an group 3’ x 6’ banner to be hung the night of the event, and inclusion of your name or company logo on both the North Light and the “Pints for North Light” Web sites. Sponsor may also provide promotional materials to be included in the gift bag that each attendee will receive.

*Food Sponsors to each provide a small sampling of dishes for 250 persons and one server to plate their dishes and represent the sponsor. Our goal is to provide food for 250 event guests with each food vendor supplying approximately 1/4 of the food.

**Beer sponsors to provide a tasting of their beer(s) for up to 250 persons. Each beer sponsor must commit to staffing their own table, supplying 2 kegs of each type of beer, and must bring their own tap and set up. Their staff person should be prepared to talk about their beer the night of the event. The Manayunk brewery will supply a table, table cover and ice.
